I have never had any issues with there service or sales department. My service writer Greg has always been nothing but the best and when i have called last minute for service they have always taken care of department. Greg did an excellent job taking care of me and the Jeep. The verdict is still out on whether the vehicle is 100% fixed. Brought Jeep Cherokee in for a tapping in noise in engine. After working on it the tapping noise in engine was quieter but not completly removed. I was told that some noise will still be heard. The vehicle is brand new (purchased in Dec. 2011, 7000 miles on it) and when I bought it there was NO noise. So my concern is why should I hear any noise. I will continue to see if noise gets worse... if so back to Global. More
