Debra was wonderful- friendly and courteous...She explained what was going to be done to my vehicle as well as how long it would take, so I knew just what to expect. Greg did an excellent job taking care of me and the Jeep. The verdict is still out on whether the vehicle is 100% fixed. Brought Jeep Cherokee in for a tapping in noise in engine. After working on it the tapping noise in engine was quieter but not completly removed. I was told that some noise will still be heard. The vehicle is brand new (purchased in Dec. 2011, 7000 miles on it) and when I bought it there was NO noise. So my concern is why should I hear any noise. I will continue to see if noise gets worse... if so back to Global. More

My name is mrs. Colon, my husband died three months ago and didnt know where to bring my car. A friend told me to take it to global automall on rte 22. I know christmas is in December but i met a great per and didnt know where to bring my car. A friend told me to take it to global automall on rte 22. I know christmas is in December but i met a great person from global. I drove into the service garage and was met by a nice young man who intructed me to go to the front counter they were so very nice and asked me to wait and while i was waiting there was a man who greeted everyone and was joking with everyone. I thought he was a greeter hired to greet everyuone as they came in. When my name was called that same man took care of me. he said his name was Rick the service manager I figured i'd end up with a huge bill and being taken advantage of but i wasnt my bill was only $70. We talked for a minute and i told rick i was by myself and he said well no longer you are now a part of the Global family he told me I could call anytime or stop down anytime for anything it doesnt even have to be for just the car.
