Seems so friendly when selling you the vehicle, but buyer beware, he does not disclose known issues with his vehicles and puts in blemished batteries that wont last one season and he will deny any warranty. beware, he does not disclose known issues with his vehicles and puts in blemished batteries that wont last one season and he will deny any warranty. Many of their 5 star reviews are a result of them offering a giftcard for a 5 star review when you purchase. They sold us a vehicle with issues they knew about. The day after buying vehicle we found out the horn didn't work. One month after driving the vehicle, we found it needed new wheel bearings ($400+) and a motor mount ($350+) and a latch for the trunk ($200+). They knew these repairs needed done and didnt disclose them/ said the latch had been repaired. They gave only one key fob that was damaged and the flip key fell out and had to be replaced ($300). The battery was dead on the lot so they put in a "new battery" before selling. The battery wont hold a charge less than a year later and Allpak informed me Global has them put "blem" batteries in that only have a 90 day replacement. Allpak said I would have to check with Global to see if they had a warranty agreement with them. When I called to ask if Global had a warranty on the battery through Allpak Adasha was annoyed I was calling her about a battery and said I would have to check with Allpak, I told her I had so she said she would ask Allpak if they honored a replacement warranty. Adasha called me back and said "yes - take the battery to the Allpak on Seneca and if it doesn't hold a charge they will replace it free of charge"... she lied about calling and lied about the replacement. I called Allpak and spoke to Arron (owner) who said that is not the case and claimed no one from Global spoke to him. He said an AGM battery should have been used in the vehcile but Global buys the cheapest recharged/blem battery to cut costs. When I called Global back and asked them who they talked to all Allpak they got very defensive and said they don't warranty batteries - no apology. I told them how much money we have had to spend in repairs in less than 1 year of owning the vehicle, Justin said that is to be expected with a used vehicle. He and his wife are very condescending and make fun of other coustomers when they call/leave the lot. More
