BUYER BEWARE! !!! I could not be more disappointed with this dealership. I recently purchased a used Porsche from them. When I took delivery, I noticed that the bra !!! I could not be more disappointed with this dealership. I recently purchased a used Porsche from them. When I took delivery, I noticed that the brakes were squeaking and would require some service. I let them know immediately (within an hour of delivery). I was told, "These are performance brakes, they all squeak, don't worry!" I was told repeatedly throughout the buying process that the team at Glenview knew the previous owner and the car was impeccably maintained. However, the brakes are so bad that it's embarrassing to drive, so I took the vehicle to Porsche downtown to get looked at. They immediately told me that the rotors needed to be replaced and that the previous service only changed the pads, not the rotors (which should always be done together). They quoted me $2600.00. Clearly, the dealership lied to me about this car and it's maintenance history. I reached out to a few different people at the dealership via email to try and get the car in to be serviced (as I bought the warranty which was probably a huge mistake), but NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON HAS RESPONDED. Including the GM and the "Relationship Manager." I'm writing this review after multiple attempts to try and get this resolved with them directly, but nobody will respond. I've owned this car for two weeks and I completely regret the decision to purchase from this dealership. More
