Got to the dealership and was approached by the General Manager, Dominick. When I told him the rear pads and rotors are done (lip on the rotor and the pad was thinner than the backing) he said it’s not an issue and I said the transmission needs serviced at 60k (car’s at 68) he said the Alfa recommendation was no service past 150k for the trans.If you know cars (which they should) you know a ZF8 trans needs service after 60k. I said your car was “meticulously “ inspected by Alfa trained techs and a safety item like the brakes was ignored ? The sales guy Roger (nice otherwise) says I’ll take care of the brakes in the price. But when paperwork comes, they back out of it. So they’re selling a car with $5000 of must do today items on maintenance. Hoping you, the seller is ignorant enough to just buy it. Good luck More

So I was looking to get out of a 992s and shop around quite a bit. Dey online search led me to Glenview Luxury Imports, where I noticed they had nice GT3, that I was interested in. On my initial call I asked for a Manager and was put in touch with Dominik Dybala. I asked Dominik, a few details about the car and it looked like it was for me. I then gave Dominik the details of my 992, that had to be traded (I live in Miami). I asked him to work his numbers and get back to me as I did with several other dealers. Most dealers were unwilling to negotiate for my 992, and distance was an issue. Surprisingly, Dominik got back to me with a deal, so good. I didn’t even have to counter offer. He arranged shipping for both cars and nice warranty. Dominik then put me in touch with Tarik Haskovic, one of their lead sales team member. Tarik communicated with me throughout the entire process, (Tarik went above and beyond as I was a PITA, and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly), he sent videos of the car and its extra equipment getting prepped and ready for shipping, he sent me all the required documents, and was completely up front about everything! Then to finalize the deal I was introduced to Mr Wes Polo, in finance who finalized the deal and sent me the Docusign deal documents. Super efficient and quick with no shenanigans! Lastly the title clerk, Carolyn handled the title application paperwork process for both vehicles and had it in my mailbox within a week of the car arriving to me in Miami. All in all one of the quickest no xx deals I have ever seen long distance and over the phone. Each and every individual mentioned in his post went well above and beyond my expectations, this will be the first place. I look again when I’m ready to look for another vehicle. More
