Took a little longer then I felt was necessary, to check one lillte problem and do an oil change, almost 3 full days. And the oil change price went up 20 dollars compared to last time i noticed. That's kind More

We are trying to keep cost increases to a minimum and will continue to monitor them daily. Three days for a small concern and an oil change is longer than it should have been, and I understand how that can be frustrating. I appreciate you pointing it out so we can take a closer look at where the delay happened and tighten things up for next time.
