Avoid this dealership at all costs. My Jeep sat here for almost TWO MONTHS with zero updates or urgency. While it was supposedly being “fixed,” they caused a new issue and then tried to make me pay to diagnose it! My service advisor, Tony, never followed through, and it took escalating just to get a rental car. Even the general manager, John Davis,ignored my first email and only responded after TWO WEEKS and a second, more demanding email. If this is how leadership operates, no wonder the whole place is a mess. The only reason my Jeep ever got fixed was because Corey stepped in and took over. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I searched online for several weeks prices and availability of trucks and jeeps before deciding on a Jeep Gladiator at Glenn Thomas Chrysler Jeep. Chris followed up on my calls professionally and availability of trucks and jeeps before deciding on a Jeep Gladiator at Glenn Thomas Chrysler Jeep. Chris followed up on my calls professionally and though I had to drive more than 100 miles to negotiate a deal, I felt confident that he would be worth it and they were. After test driving the Jeep pickup our negotiations were fast professional and fair for both parties. While I took care of the financing Chris had the truck washed and detailed before syncing my phone, helped me setup the security system and then took his time walking me through the the operations and functions before seeing me on my way. I would recommend Chris and the entire GET 1 team for their help and professional assistance. More

Finding a dealership service center that truly excels in customer service and offers fair pricing can be a challenge (especially on the westside), but I decided to make the drive down south and my recent ex customer service and offers fair pricing can be a challenge (especially on the westside), but I decided to make the drive down south and my recent experience at Glenn Thomas Chrysler was outstanding. I brought my Chrysler in for some warranty issues that my local dealership was quoting a two-week diagnosis time for, without a loaner. Glenn Thomas Chrysler's service advisor got me in the very next day and immediately set me up with a free rental. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within just one day, which was incredibly efficient and a huge relief. While my car was there, I also asked them to change my cabin air filter. I was pleasantly surprised that their price for this service was significantly less than what I've been quoted at other dealerships. A special shout-out to my service advisor, Anthony Silva. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of service and fair pricing I received at Glenn Thomas Chrysler is truly commendable. It's refreshing to find a dealership service center that prioritizes the customer and gets the job done right and quickly. Westside dealerships - you need to take some notes. More

Warning, don’t trust the finance department quotes. Definitely liked working with Jesse, Rafael, and Robert. Great guys. However, the finance department Would give me quotes, And not actually give me the deal they quoted. They blame it on Things that I knew was a lie and was able to verify weren’t true. Like telling me rebate coupons were used up that I no longer qualified for (Verified with Chrysler capital that’s not true) Or telling me I can’t get a returning lease bonus Because my registration is late- Even though Chrysler capital Says in their terms and conditions that are returning lease bonus is for anyone who has returned or is about to return a lease Financed with Chrysler capital within 365 days of return date. They would also claim that vouchers jeep gave me via email for additional rebate were ineligible or they couldn’t find them in their system (even though they clearly found them and applied them to previous quotes) Even though I paid attention to the terms and conditions, none of which disqualified me, and I would even receive new rebate vouchers from Jeep that they still said didn’t work. As time went on their quotes would get higher and then eventually when I decided screw, it What’s another $20?… They then claimed that that deal wasn’t available. Do not trust these guys go to one of the many other dealerships in the area. Definitely bummed Because I like the guys I was directly dealing with. Sad because I see this car sat on their lot for nearly 6 months unsold. More

Spoke to both a sales and service manager and they had nothing to say. Regular maintenance wasn’t neglected. Vehicle was maintenanced at 2 jeep dealerships due to vicinity, Jeep-Buena Park, but primarily a Glenn Thomas-Signal Hill. Will never pay $42k for a Jeep (Grand Cherokee) again. They do not stand buy their vehicles. Do your research and don’t purchase a Jeep if you’re smart-“Don’t Get One” More
