My wife and I went "looking" for a convertible for her "bucket list" wishes. We decided to start looking at Glenn Auto Mall and then planned to go around to the other dealerships in Lexington to for her "bucket list" wishes. We decided to start looking at Glenn Auto Mall and then planned to go around to the other dealerships in Lexington to see what was available, but we went no farther. When we got to Glenn Auto, we saw several convertibles on the lot and starting walking over to check them out. There were several sales people on the lot; and as we were walking, one gentleman asked if he could help us. His name was Marc Franco. We said we were just "looking", and he asked if he could come along to answer any questions we might have. He was very patient, very knowledgeable about each car we looked at, didn't push us toward any particular car, and was very honest about the pros and cons of each car. When my wife finally zeroed in on the car she liked, Marc took a great deal of time to help her make sure this was the car she wanted. He took her for a test drive, let us go for a test drive, let us compare this car to the other cars we looked at, showed us everything about the car and how it worked, got us the carfax and the blue book value; and did just about anything else you could think of to help us make the right decision about this car. It took a long time to do all of this, and never once was Marc in a hurry or impatient with us. When my wife finally decided this was the car; Marc and Charles Bush, the manager, worked hard to make it happen for her. While they were working out the details and negotiating the final price, I hung out in the showroom. I noticed how courteous the other staff and employees were even though I wasn't their customer. Several times they offered me a seat, something to drink, and even stopped just to talk. When the deal was finally made, the dealership was very efficient in getting it closed quickly without delays or burdensome paperwork. Marc then went to great lengths to get my wife's car ready for her to take home that day; and when he couldn't get everything done he wanted to do, he scheduled her an appointment to come back so he could get it all done for her. When we went back the next week, Marc was just as courteous and helpful as he was when we bought the car the week before. He went overboard in taking care of us and getting everything just right. He also took us over to meet the people in the service department, and Chris was just as nice and courteous as everyone else. Charles Bush also saw us on the lot and came out to talk, to see how we were doing, and how we liked the car. It was actually a little hard to believe that all of these people and a dealership would go to these lengths to take care of its customers. A pleasant surprise. We went "looking" for a car, found the car of my wife's dreams, and also feel like we met two new friends in Marc and Charles; and Marc and Charles now have two new customers who will be back to see them again. We will also be telling our friends and family about Glenn Auto; and we'll definitely recommend Marc as a top notch sales person to ask for. Our experience was great; and I can't imagine it being any better anywhere else. More

I took the car out into heavy rush-hour traffic and I told him we would travel down Richmond Road and up I-75 so I could get a real feel for the car's performance. I ask questions about the car that he gave straight forward answers. There was no attempt at any time to manipulate me into purchasing the vehicle. After the test drive Zack showed me the other features of the Sentra, we chatted a few minutes and then negotiated a fair price for purchasing the vehicle. We settled on a price I felt was reasonable and then told Zack that I would have to take the evening to finalize my commitment to the purchase. He made no attempt to "force" the sale by stating that the car was being looked at by other customers, the car was most likely going to be purchased before I made a decision or the car couldn't be held at the negotiated price unless I made a cash deposit to hold it off the market. I returned the next day and purchased the car. Zach was professional in all manners and very pleasant to deal with as a salesperson. More
I visited Glenn Hundai to find a replacement for an 11 year old SUV. Since I had purchased an Altima from here last summer and had a great experience I knew it was the place to go shop and no doubt in my year old SUV. I checked out several vehicles over a couple weeks and liked them all. The best part is the ease of laying out my vehicle needs and price range and being shown the best vehicles available within my parameters. Glenn auto mall has a great team. I've been impressed with the Nissan service group as well as my sales guy Brett who came in when he was off to help me get started with the search. Two great vehicle purchases in an 8 month period. Very happy with the original Altima purchase and now the 2009 Versa. Oh yeah, he had a line on a used riding mower for me as well. Ended up going new on that but talk about service. Above and beyond. Don't mean to sound corny but if your not shopping here or taking advantage of Saturday service hours your just spinning your wheels. A very satisfied customer, Bob M. More

Brett was very helpful and friendly if a little over eager which I attributed to his young age. He worked with me to get what I wanted within the criteria I set forth at the first meeting with him. We did try 2 different cars and he really tried his best to work with me on financing and was great with my very large family that came with me on the 2nd of my 3 day visit there. I am enjoying my "new" car very much. I contacted Zach by mere accident when calling about a vehicle listed on the website. From that moment, I knew I wanted my vehicle to come from him, but at the right price of course. Zach was very diligent in trying to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. He was fair and very honest about his opinion on vehicles at other dealerships in the country. Communication was by far excellent with a confident attitude which made purchasing a car so easy. Financing, though dreaded by many, was hassle free and without despair as Leonard made us feel right at home, comfortable, and worry free. I recommend these guys full heartedly. As long as they are in the business, they will have customers for life from us. No matter what we are looking for in the future, I know I'll be happy to buy from them. This is coming from someone who knows a little bit about the car business as my family did it for years. More
