Traded BMW for Infiniti... Technology is not as advanced on Infiniti so I am having a real challenge trying to make the adjustment. If you're a techy like me ask questions because there are things the Infiniti doesn't do in comparison to a BMW, however, Charles Bush was very genuine in addressing my concerns and I can say he truly made every attempt possible to ensure that I was a satisfied customer who would return. We typically trade every 1-2 years and his effort(s) really mattered... Integrity means everything especially when making a major purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. I had got in contact with Scott regarding an Infiniti that they had listed for sale on Cars.com and on their website. Scott and I had taken the car out for a test drive and had a nice conversation regard that they had listed for sale on Cars.com and on their website. Once we got back to the dealership we sat down to talk numbers and I told him that the car was listed too high for it being the outgoing model and because of the fact that the replacement model will be coming to dealerships in the coming months. He said fair enough and asked what I was looking for pricewise. I told him that the car was listed about $6,000 over Kelly Blue Book value. He told me that they use NADA to xxxxx the value of their cars and not KBB, and that they do not mark their cars up thousands of dollars. Even though the original price online versus what the "discounted" price was about an $8,000 difference. I told him to go ahead and work up some numbers and if we can get the monthly payment in the ballpark then we could do business. I had other errands to do so I told him to give me a call when they have the figures drawn up. After three days of being given the runaround I told him to go ahead and cancel the deal because I was tired of waiting and it was a waste of my time. His only response was "ok". He never once apologized for the time wasted and for being inconvenienced. I will do buisness with this dealership again because they have treated me very well with my previous purchase from them, but I will be doing business with another salesman. More

I bought a Pathfinder from Jason a couple of years ago, and of course everything went great. In the last week or so we've been trying to find the right Nissan Frontier for me, which had to be manual shift and of course everything went great. In the last week or so we've been trying to find the right Nissan Frontier for me, which had to be manual shift so I could pull it behind my R V. He located one, we struck a deal, I wrote the check, and all was good. I left the dealership happy, but before I got to my office, he called my cell to let me know there was a mistake. The truck was an automatic. He was very apologetic. I told him to keep looking, but all he could find was one in Virginia 8 hours away, and that dealer refused to trade it. I called Jason and he said the dealer wouldn't work with him, so it was a no go. I told him thanks for trying. So he did not get the sale. But even though it didn't work out, Jason kept a good and professional attitude, apologized and offered to look at something else for me if I needed. The point is, you find out how good a guy is when things don't work out, not when things do work out. For their effort, I will go back to Glenn when I'm looking for another vehicle, and ask for Jason OBradovich. Geno Winchester, KY More

Another horrible car lot experience. After dealing through shady numbers all day, I still don't have a vehicle. Long story short, this dealership used me and another customer against each other to dr through shady numbers all day, I still don't have a vehicle. Long story short, this dealership used me and another customer against each other to drive up the price on a 2001 used car. I decided that I would pay MORE than retail for the vehicle because it was really in good shape and had low miles. They even drove the car to my work so I could test drive it. I looked this car over on two different days. After work the day I drove it and solidified the deal I went there with the check in hand. There was a new set of scratches on the right side of the truck. They stonewalled me on it, called me a liar. And wouldn't cut me any slack on the fact that I was STILL willing to buy. I walked. But I swallowed my pride, went back in there after about 10 minutes and offered to continue with the deal. Well they decided that it would be better to sell it to the other customer that lives in MISSISSIPPI. Just goes to show that they don't care about their customers. They certainly don't care if you're from the area. Trevor, the salesman I dealt with was very friendly, it was his manager that was such a disappointment. He must have a miserable outlook on life.
