Ram 4x4 Eco Diesel Big Horn Overall experience was pretty good and we got an excellent truck at the perfect price;the sales men were helpful and not pushy. Only downside was (1) we waited about 4 hours to receive our car, which was being transferred in and (2) "required" LoJack ($800). Update: Turns out the LoJack service is definitely optional; once we realized this it was too late to retract our contract but after a few calls we were able to exchange the LoJack for a few add-ons that equaled the same value.
