It went far better than the last visit several months ago, where your mis-diagnosis cost me a lot of money for nothing. I brought my truck in to find out why it would shut off and leave me stranded--your genius techs determined it was a bad battery (less than 5 months old) I knew nothing was wrong with the battery, so when I took the truck home, I took a look at the battery--it had a loose cable, nothing wrong with the battery, but I still got screwed for a bad diagnosis. Your people need far more training, because they aren't worth a xxxx. More

I took my Chevy volt to be serviced the instrument cluster needed to be replaced as well as the battery. I took a few months to get the parts needed which as fine. I’m disappointed in the car purchase I made because there is a loud banging that no one there can fix. I was told all Traverse’s had the problem??? My husband had an appointment at 2:30 on Monday, October 18th for service on his Silverado. After arriving and going inside he advised he had an appointment. No one came up to him for 25 minutes. Michael was his contact but neither him or the female employee working at the time bothered to even acknowledge him. He left and will not be giving any future business to this dealership. Please take us off your promotional mailing list. You’re wasting your money sending anything to us. More
There something VERY Wrong with this dealer, their service department is terrible, they don't call you to tell you whats going on with your car, and you call them, they never return your call, also ev service department is terrible, they don't call you to tell you whats going on with your car, and you call them, they never return your call, also every time I brought my car in for service something else would be wrong with the vehicle a week later, I brought the car in for a oil change and 60,000 mile service and $900.00 2 weeks later I notice fluid in my driveway, I take it back they said it know needed a new oil pan because it was leaking, I thought how funny that every time they work on my car something gets broke,on top of that 1year 7mos ago they had fixed the oil pan,said it was resealed, now it leaks after the recent oil change, also my warranty has expired, so I told how does a part that is only over a 1 1/2 that was fixed is leaking again? then was told that is was was plug and they wear out. I've had cars for over ten years and never once had a oil plug problem, now they want to charge me $600 more just after I paid $900 to fix, also this went on for 2 weeks, they had my just sitting there,they said they were waiting on the warranty to see if they would cover this, after 2 weeks they finally called me yesterday and told me all this, I told them no way,that I was picking up my car right now, I complained to the service dept how awful I was treated,, and also the manager the the service was horrible, was told sorry you feel that way, no apologies. I told them I would never go to that dealer again. I wish I had read all the negative views on this dealer, I would have never gone there, I'm trying to find a resource that would do some kind of investigation on this dealer, they seem very shady on their services, they are not an honest business, they lie a lot. so get this I took my car to a regular mechanic and he said the oil pan is leaking and does not look like it was ever repaired, and the oil plug is fine, so yep they LIED!!!! Don't go to this dealer, very crooked! More
