Glendora Chevrolet - Service Center

This place is the worst the manager/ owner Mike will rip you off . He said he issued me a refund but never did and then refused to work on my car. I had to take my car that didnt work home and since i had p you off . He said he issued me a refund but never did and then refused to work on my car. I had to take my car that didnt work home and since i had paid them $740 for work that didnt fix my car I didnt have the money to go to a different shop . So now i have no transportation im out $740, and Mike is now lying about issuing my refund . The workers in the service department called me yelling at me to pick up my car saying they didnt care about the refund or that my car didnt work. I cant believe that a business is allowed to treat customers this way and then steal their money. This place is the worst. Stay away from here unless you want to be treated like garbage and then ripped off and laughed at by the manager when you are asking for help in resolving an issue. It went far better than the last visit several months ago, where your mis-diagnosis cost me a lot of money for nothing. I brought my truck in to find out why it would shut off and leave me stranded--your ago, where your mis-diagnosis cost me a lot of money for nothing. I brought my truck in to find out why it would shut off and leave me stranded--your genius techs determined it was a bad battery (less than 5 months old) I knew nothing was wrong with the battery, so when I took the truck home, I took a look at the battery--it had a loose cable, nothing wrong with the battery, but I still got screwed for a bad diagnosis. Your people need far more training, because they aren't worth a xxxx. More

I took my Chevy volt to be serviced the instrument cluster needed to be replaced as well as the battery. I took a few months to get the parts needed which as fine.
