It went far better than the last visit several months ago, where your mis-diagnosis cost me a lot of money for nothing. I brought my truck in to find out why it would shut off and leave me stranded--your ago, where your mis-diagnosis cost me a lot of money for nothing. I brought my truck in to find out why it would shut off and leave me stranded--your genius techs determined it was a bad battery (less than 5 months old) I knew nothing was wrong with the battery, so when I took the truck home, I took a look at the battery--it had a loose cable, nothing wrong with the battery, but I still got screwed for a bad diagnosis. Your people need far more training, because they aren't worth a xxxx. More

I took my Chevy volt to be serviced the instrument cluster needed to be replaced as well as the battery. I took a few months to get the parts needed which as fine. My husband had an appointment at 2:30 on Monday, October 18th for service on his Silverado. After arriving and going inside he advised he had an appointment. No one came up to him for 25 minutes. Michael was his contact but neither him or the female employee working at the time bothered to even acknowledge him.
