It went far better than the last visit several months ago, where your mis-diagnosis cost me a lot of money for nothing. I brought my truck in to find out why it would shut off and leave me stranded--your ago, where your mis-diagnosis cost me a lot of money for nothing. I brought my truck in to find out why it would shut off and leave me stranded--your genius techs determined it was a bad battery (less than 5 months old) I knew nothing was wrong with the battery, so when I took the truck home, I took a look at the battery--it had a loose cable, nothing wrong with the battery, but I still got screwed for a bad diagnosis. Your people need far more training, because they aren't worth a xxxx. More
