I had an issue with getting reimbursed after my wife was mistakenly charged for an oil change when we still had several complimentary services remaining. I left voice mails for the Service Director, who mad mistakenly charged for an oil change when we still had several complimentary services remaining. I left voice mails for the Service Director, who made every excuse he could think of to avoid crediting us for the $20 oil change. The actual work done was fine, I just found it hard to accept the fact that a $20 refund or credit was such a big deal. As a further note, this whole facility is filthy and so out of date I can't believe Nissan lets it stand. More
Glendale Nissan is the worst dealer I have seen in my whole life. Customer service - 0, Quality of Work - 0, Friendliness - 0, Overall experience - A big zero. I bought a Pre-owned certified Nissan Rog whole life. Customer service - 0, Quality of Work - 0, Friendliness - 0, Overall experience - A big zero. I bought a Pre-owned certified Nissan Rogue from them (along with the Nissan Security Plus extended Protection plan) on 1-Apr-2013. That was my biggest mistake. They handed over the car to me with the 'Tire Pressure Monitoring' light on. When I highlighted this (to the sale man 'Giorgio Ferrari') he defended saying that it’s showing the alarm as its cold outside. Next day it turned out to be a flat tire and I had to get frontal tires replaced (at whopping $500). Moreover, few days down the line when I switched on the Air conditioner (for the first time) it didn’t work. It seems they handed over the car to me with a broken Air conditioner. I went back to them thinking it will be rectified (as I just bought the car) from them. But now the attitude of the dealership had changed all together. They demanded another $500 to fix that air conditioner. They sold me the 'Nissan Security Plus extended Protection plan' (for $2000) without telling me the fine prints. The only reason I bought a car from this dealership was due to the fact that I am new to this country and wanted to buy a car from a big dealership (as I expected some credibility from these big dealers). But this dealer (does all unethical things which he can) to get your business and will then just dump you. I will definitely not recommend them for any purchase/service. More
Bought a 2012 altima Received only one key Was told by Mario to come back a week later and the other key schould arrive on Tuesday Called and No Key I contacted customer service was told they would get Mario to come back a week later and the other key schould arrive on Tuesday Called and No Key I contacted customer service was told they would get back to me Never received a call back This to me is a very bad way to do business I was told I dont have anything in writing when I contacted Nissan corperate I would never do business again with this dealership and would recommend that other buyers stay away In the end I ended up purchasing another Key on line and Midcity Nissan was great to get the new keys programmed My mistake was that I did not reseach the dealer on line I still cant believe that a dealer would put a customer thru this BULL for a key But the joke is on them as I was also going to buy another car now I will deal with Midcity nissan More

They quoted me a price $1000 higher then other internet quotes. I showed them other quotes and was told that it was not true and a trick from me to walk into a dealership (a lie as I later found out and b quotes. I showed them other quotes and was told that it was not true and a trick from me to walk into a dealership (a lie as I later found out and bought a car elsewhere). They also impose a over $200 fee for "dealer etching" VIN on the window!!! After leaving, I then kept getting called regarding them potentially lowering the price, but never got them to itemize the cost and out-the-door cost in email. No thank you. If you like to haggle, this might be an okay place, but I did not have a positive experience. More
I was pleased with the openness of the dealerships salemen and did not feel pressured in anyway. I got a great deal on a slightly used car for less than I thought I could. I'm thrilled with the car a salemen and did not feel pressured in anyway. I got a great deal on a slightly used car for less than I thought I could. I'm thrilled with the car and would have no problem recommending them to my friends. The service department is overly accommodating, polite and work quickly. It was a fantastic experience. More
This place will take you to the cleaners. I've spent thousands of dollars on gaskets that they can't put on correctly. They'll fix your leak, and cause another one so you can bring it in again so you ca thousands of dollars on gaskets that they can't put on correctly. They'll fix your leak, and cause another one so you can bring it in again so you can give them all your money. I will never buy a nissan again due to this. I had a timing belt changed and that seal leaked after 9 months. Guess what? They said it was out of warranty because I had 12,200 miles on it since that service. 200 miles over and they can't seal the timing cover correctly. Each dealer will lie to you and say it wasn't their fault. Glendale Nissan, YOU SUCK!!! Ford here I come. More

Glendale Nissan is TERRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY! I drove Glendale Nissan is TERRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY! I drove nearly 4 hours out of my way to look at a Navigator and was lied to multimple times. I cal Glendale Nissan is TERRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY! I drove nearly 4 hours out of my way to look at a Navigator and was lied to multimple times. I called the night before to confirm the vehicle was still there, and to verify that out of state financing would be ok. Kelly P said absolutely, No Problem whatsoever. When I arrived at the dealership, within the first 3 minutes, Kelly said that there may be an issue with out of state financing, and that we should start a credit application first. - Bear in mind, I had not even seen the car, or driven it yet! I told her that I was not doing that until I could see/drive the car, and that I was serious about purchasing it, and did have a sizeable down payment. ( I had about 95% of the asking price in cash with me!) Upon seeeing and driving the vehicle, I noted numerous problems- all electrically related. The interior illumination did not come on when the headlights were turned on, the tracton control would not turn off, the check engine and ABS Lights were also on. These were very obvious issues that should have been addressed by the dealer before this vehicle was even on the lot. I had no problem paying the posted price of the vehicle (it was fair, and I was told that it was there absolute bottom line several times) The price was fair for a vehicle that did not have these issues. I asked if these issues would be taken care of at this price, and Barry said that the margin was really tight, but they could maybe take off $100.00. This comment was extremely insulting, as I am ASE Certified in Advanced Automotice Electronics, and know that these issues could all cost several thousand dollars to repair. After driving the vehicle, I thanked Barry, and told him that I would have to pass on it, because of these issues. I said that maybe if the vehicle was 3-4 thousand less, that we could talk, and left it at that. At this time, Kelly P was walking out to see how the test drive went, and before I could say a word, she said just a minute and went to talk to Barry about our test drive. I was going to be considerate and thank her as well, but when I walked towards her and Barry, she went the other way, and basically gave me the cold shoulder twice. I left the dealership and began my long drive back home. About 10 minutes later, Barry called asking if $2500 off the price would work. (Even though I was told that the listed price was absolute bottom dollar / margins were tight) Again, I said I was serious about buying when I came into the dealer, yet they did not even respond to my offer of 3-4 thousand less at the dealer, and let me leave the lot. They were more interested in playing games, and missed their chance. I told Barry NO! 3-4 thousand less was my offer at the dealership, with all the issues the vehicle had. I had now left the dealership, and was on my way home, so now that I would have to come back, I said 4-5 thousand less. At this point Barry got a real attitude and a rather unpleasant tone, I told him twice more that I would pass, at which point he hung up on me. Bottom line - Glendale Nissan would have likely made a sale if they listned when I told them that I was a serious customer, and considered my offer on the lot. Instead, they failed (miserably). This dealership is very dishonest, and would rather play games than work with serious customers. Glandale Nissan overlooks and ignores blatantly obvious(saftey) issues with their vehicles, and is definately a "quantity over quality" dealership. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! More
