Great service Purchased my vehicle in Nov 2013. The cup holder was broken but they said they would order and replace at no charge. I did have to call to find out st Purchased my vehicle in Nov 2013. The cup holder was broken but they said they would order and replace at no charge. I did have to call to find out status and found that it never got ordered. Only took one phone call and they had it fixed in a week. I got 9 free oil changes and my only complaint is that sometimes it takes way longer then they say it is going to take. Overall I have always received great service. Employees kind and courteous. More
Poor service I don't do a lot of reviews but need to put this one out there. 2 times I have paid for a rotation at Glendale Nissan and the work was not performed. I don't do a lot of reviews but need to put this one out there. 2 times I have paid for a rotation at Glendale Nissan and the work was not performed. They told me that the tech felt it was not needed. They still charged me for the service and the last time this happened, it caused a wear issue on my tires. When I brought it to their attention, they made it seem like my fault. I should have learned my lesson on Glendale Nissan when they took a tax discount for the state that they were not entitled to and after numerous request never refunded my money. Buyer beware, you are probably not getting what you pay for. More
I'll don't buy another car from this dealer !!!! Salesman will try to sell me what he think I want ,NOT what I want. I want to buy a Nissan Versa 2015 ( brand new) They will not honor the sticker p Salesman will try to sell me what he think I want ,NOT what I want. I want to buy a Nissan Versa 2015 ( brand new) They will not honor the sticker price, the sticker price of the car I bought was $ 16,895.00 plus $ 240.00 the "window engraving" for a total cost of $ 17,225.00, after we sign the contract we saw the real cost of the car ( this is before taxes add ons etc.) $ 18,275.00 when we ask why the cost jump more than $ 1,000.00 They went around and around whit the numbers. 1._ they add the preparation charge $ 200.00 ( to make sure the car is clean and all fluids full) I thought I was buying a new car with only 7 miles?? 2._ They ADD THE $ 650.00 REBATE TO THE COST OF THE CAR, ACCORDING TO THEM BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON THAT AMOUNT ALSO. So we add the amounts total is $ 18,275 Now let's move to the finance area, here is where they will take you to the cleaners The finance manager added a warranty ( $ 2,076.00) , a gap ins ( $ 650.00) and a service contract ( $ 270.00) without asking if I want them or not. When I question those charges the manager told me that if I not buy them, my interest rate will increase to 10%, going up from 6.5% even that when they approved my credit they told me that my interest rate is going to be 6.5% ( my credit score is 758) Because I already sign the documents they told me I can not cancel the contract. I was able to cancel the warranty , gap insurance and the service contract, but now I have to wait 8 weeks to take reflect in my account. So STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AND ITs BAND OF THIEFS!!!! More
Poor Customer Service/Communication I was recently searching the Chicago area for a 2007-2008 Toyota Camry SE. After finding the perfect car located at this dealership, I decided to send I was recently searching the Chicago area for a 2007-2008 Toyota Camry SE. After finding the perfect car located at this dealership, I decided to send an email inquiry about the vehicle. I got a response one business day later, from a customer service representative by the name of Brittany. She was very helpful with answering all the questions that I had to ask, so I had decided that I would like to set up an appointment to come and view the vehicle. I had let her know in advance that I would be traveling two hours to come and see this car, and she had assured me that even if I was a little bit late for my appointment it would not be an issue. After traveling two hours to finally reach the Nissan dealership, I entered the building and a salesman was standing there staring at me, chewing the rest of his lunch, and did not even greet me. He then proceeded to walk into the office across from where I was standing, to converse with his fellow coworkers. After a few moments I finally went up and interrupted their conversation and asked for someone to help me locate Brittany. They had asked a fellow sales representative if they knew where she was, and this man had no idea that there was even a woman named Brittany employed at this dealership. He proceeded to ask me if I was at the correct dealership, and I assured him that I was. He asked another woman if there was anyone by that name employed there and she verified that there was. It turns out that she was not going to be there until later on in the day. The car that I had made an appointment to see, and driven TWO HOURS for, had been SOLD! I understand that they do not have any control over when a vehicle will be sold, but I had told the customer service representative that I was going to be traveling for two hours to come and view this car. I'm sure she knew before she made my appointment that she was not going to be in the building at the time that she had scheduled me, and I feel as though someone could've contacted me and let me know that I did not need to travel two hours to come to a dealership with rude sales people and a car that would no longer be there. Worst car buying experience ever!!! Be very careful with the finance manager as he will say one thing and put something else down on the contract to their advantage. After approaching t Be very careful with the finance manager as he will say one thing and put something else down on the contract to their advantage. After approaching the finance manager about the mistake he apparently forgot about what he said because he "does too many deals" (sounds too convenient). I was overcharged for the extended warranty about five times more. I have already canceled the warranty and as of today three weeks later apparently nothing has happened to push this cancellation through. I am still pushing them to honor this cancellation which is typical, but apparently they want you to keep the warranty. Anyways, I will never buy another car from this unethical group of people. This is my second new Nissan car in two years, first car I bought at Woodfield Nissan which was an enjoyable experience. More
worst experience ever BBEEWWARE!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY MOMS WITH kids...No wonder they are given so many bad reviews.yes my review is long, because I wanted ppl to decide for t BBEEWWARE!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY MOMS WITH kids...No wonder they are given so many bad reviews.yes my review is long, because I wanted ppl to decide for themselves if they want to take a risk on doin business with this facility.it was a mistake on my behalf for not going through the reviews before even thinking of going there.Glendale Nissan has given me by far the WORSt car buying experience ever since I moved to USA.I am a loyal customer of Toyota. Glandale Nissan made me value Toyota's dealership. With Toyota,,I walk in, they give me the best deal and tell me upfront Hw much I will pay for that particular vehicle.it always took me one hour at the maximum to get things sorted.and nw here is what Nissan dealership did to me. Im a mother of a two yr old toddler.I'm a struggling medical graduate as well.so clearly that leaves me with No free Time.I asked for a quote online for a Nissan suv I was interested in.Nissan glandale gave me a quote that was way too good to b true.I specifically pointed out to their internet sales person that I would only go to the facility if they have the color and the model in stock, she assured me that they have it.when we went there the first suv they gave Us to test drive was sold..I mean at 4:00 pm internet sales person says it's available and then by 7:00pm its sold!!! I told the dealer clearly before even stepping in their office that I am not going to pay more then $450 a month for 60 months on 0% APR. Turned out contrary to what the internet sales person said they did not have the color I wanted,so to keep the deal the sales person asked me to deposit $1000 in order to locate the white suv I wanted from another dealership.I made clear that I will not pay a penny more and he agreed.the nxt morning I get a call from sales person saying he cudnt find white one and the only one they have got is the black one.when we went in to get the paperwork done,,he changed the price!!! My monthly payment was more then $450. I left with my toddler and left my husband to figure out what are they doing to us. At 9:45 pm I walk in the facility because they were determined to sell us the car at a price way more then was discussed with us.then the manager Mario intervened ,took me to his office and shows e few figures to legitimize why the price they are asking for is good enough..bcz with my credit score I'm not even eligible for 0 Apr..and that only way out is I pay $500. And the $ 1000 I deposited to get the white car is non refundable.if I want it back I need to see the general manager .so one more day of mental harrasmnt. I don't know what kind of business would ask you to deposit money to locate your favorite car at the same price and would not mention the terms and conditions for depositing that money. I don't know what kind of business will still force you to buy a car from them despite your reiteration that you only can pay a certain amount...this is the kinda business crooks do. The extent to which Nissan has troubled me is hard to put in words.bottom line I wish no one go through such painful deceptive experience.women with kids bewareee More
Service I just walked out of the dealer about 15 mins ago. I went in to service my vehicle but before I could even say what I needed, the young girl just told I just walked out of the dealer about 15 mins ago. I went in to service my vehicle but before I could even say what I needed, the young girl just told me to pull my car in "without asking what kind of car or what I needed done to it" then she turned and walked away, so I decided to go to the counter where another more older guy was and asked if he could check and see if I could get a GPS installed in my car then also an oil change, he looked at me with a serious face and told me to go home and come back later because he was really busy. "They only had 3 cars. I worked at a detail shop before and I know how to run the service department a lot better than how they do. So sad to see people like them represent such corporate/company. STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Nissan needs to close this place Worst dealership I have ever gone too! Beware of their internet scam (and specially anything Nea Danegelis and Bert say about inventory)---classic bai Worst dealership I have ever gone too! Beware of their internet scam (and specially anything Nea Danegelis and Bert say about inventory)---classic bait and switch! They advertise great price on a car and when you get there, it has been "sold" in half an hour! This happened twice! Further, you walk in and no one greets you or takes any interest in helping you. If you like to waste your time, by all means go here! More
We arrived at this location looking to purchase a car on the spot. I take it that they judged us by what we were wearing, which was casual, but we were approached by a young man and had to ask him all the q the spot. I take it that they judged us by what we were wearing, which was casual, but we were approached by a young man and had to ask him all the questions and keep asking him to show us more things while he stood around, his body language and tone saying that he really did not take us seriously. We proceeded to look around on our own and had to keep calling him over while he stood around texting behind us. Overall the customer service was the worst we have ever experienced. It was pretty funny seeing his and his coworker's faces while we drove away in our Mercedes Benz. Never going back. More
