Lied and did not deliver on promise resulting large bill Salesman promised to take my current lease and set me up with new car at no cost. Hi lied and I am faced with $4127 bill for early lease termination. Salesman promised to take my current lease and set me up with new car at no cost. Hi lied and I am faced with $4127 bill for early lease termination. The story: I was charging my car in Nissan Dealership when Salesmen approached and offered me to get me into new car with same payments. I told him that I have over ten months remaining on the lease of current car and he told me don't worry we will purchase your car and it will be like a trade in. He (Tanvir) offered me to just run the numbers and see if it make sense. Few hours after negotiations I gave them my old car and drove my new car signing the lease agreement with Albert (finance manager) who run all the numbers/checks and balances. Three months later I get a bill from Nissan Company for $4127 for early lease termination. I showed that bill to the Tanvir (salesman) and he told me it is a mistake he will take care of it, no problem. Month later I got another bill for same amount and Tanvir went out of his way telling me that it is taken care of, he talked to finance manager etc. When I got the bill third time in February I decided to talk someone else in the dealership to solve this issue. Dealer is refusing to pay this amount Here is what I found: I contacted the dealership via email detailing the problem. My first contact was General manager Dean who had audacity to call me at work and tell me that everyone involved with sale of my car already moved out of company and they don't have any records of trade in. Of course he is laying SOB, as I found out when I visited the dealership same day. I was greeted Tamvir (salesman), say hi to Albert (finance manager) and told them the issue, but I asked to speak to his management. Aris, his manager started the due diligence on the issue, but Albert was gone, so we met next day. Aris told me that he believes my story and Tamvir told him that they promised to take my car as trade in. The Albert declared amnesia, telling that he does not remember anything. So Aris digs in into documentation and finds out that they don't have any record of my previous leased car ever being grounded. They don't have any record that I signed any documents returning the lease car. It seems that car magically appeared in their lot and then few months later Nissan took possession of it. Status: Aris told me that since they don't have any record of the deal and all documentation on my previous car lease is missing, they cannot help me. He also added if this was bill for few hundred then he would have taken care of it, but it is too big. Dealership personalities I got to know: General Manager Dean: is laying SOB that will do/say anything to shoo off complaints, but will not sign anything or even email you his opinion. Very shady individual, don't believe a word he says unless he can put it in writing and signs Finance manager Albert: Squirrely looking individual, that has trouble looking into your eye, sweaty palms and very short memory. Generally looks like as if he is hiding something. Don't know how you can trust any money transaction to this individual Salesmen Tanvir: Haplessly confused individual. He genuinely believes that he is doing a good service to community. He also believes that he can solve any problem by talking. Do not take his words on the face value and always double check with someone else on what he says. General Manager Ares: Genuinely honest individual with power to solve problems below few hundred dollars. Anything more and he would shut down, seizing all enquires. Very loyal to dealership Summary: Dealership is involved in predatory business practice and they think they cannot be touched by anyone. Here is how their immoral/illegal sales tactic works: 1. Approach someone who has current lease with few months remaining 2. Offer them new car and purchase of their old vehicle 3. Sell them a new car making bonuses and commissions for everyone 4. Take their old car and abandon in parking lot, not filling any paperwork on it 5.5. When the customer shoes up with a large bill, tell them that they don't have anything in writing and you lost all documentation More

Will travel the 40 minutes for these guys I purchased my 2016 Nissan Altima and have nothing but the kindest words to share about my experience at Glendale Nissan. As we all know purchasing a I purchased my 2016 Nissan Altima and have nothing but the kindest words to share about my experience at Glendale Nissan. As we all know purchasing a car is stressful and exhausting however this wasn't the case for me. Arben, my salesman, and his team of managers appraised my vehicle at a fair value and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Everything was smooth sailing from being greeted at the door to meeting with the finance manager. Arben was patient and kind throughout the whole process and even kept me company while waiting to see the finance manager. Although I live 40 minutes away from Glendale Nissan, it's worth the trip to see these guys when I'll be ready for my new lease. Thank you Arben, Mario and Bob in finance. More
Glendale Nissan, not as good as they first appear I recently purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Glendale Nissan on April 9, 2016 and the overall experience was not positive. After I had test dr I recently purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Glendale Nissan on April 9, 2016 and the overall experience was not positive. After I had test driven the vehicle, I asked that the brakes be re-inspected because they seemed soft. This was arranged and, two hours later, it was reported that the softness was the result of fading brake pads. Shortly after returning home, I got underneath the car to identify my axles and transfer case and I noticed something very wrong. It was obvious that fluid had been leaking out of the driver side, rear wheel hub for some time. I also noticed that the driver side front half shaft had a torn CV boot and was leaking all of its grease everywhere. I drove the Jeep several hundred miles directly after I left Glendale Nissan to return home. I would hate to think what would have happened if the CV joint completely failed while driving on the highway; at the minimum, I would have been stranded. To add insult to injury, they advertised that the Jeep had passed their "rigorous 167-point inspection" before I even came to look at it. After I purchased it, they gave me an inspection form with a hand-written statement stating, "All safety items passed" with a smiley face drawn underneath. I dropped the Jeep off at my local Midas and asked them to look the car over. As it stands, I have quotes for $512.04 to replace the seals and bearings in the rear axle and $255.76 to replace the left front half shaft; these prices would be even higher if I had my local Jeep dealership do the work. These needed to be replaced in order to make the vehicle safe and make it mechanically sound. I contacted Glendale Nissan about these issues with the car to give them a chance to make things right. After attempting to contact three separate people over the course of four days via their official website and via email, it finally took me calling the dealership and being bounced around between four different people before I finally was able to speak to a used car sales manager, Mr. Pete Binner. After a lengthy conversation, I was told few things. First, the Jeep didn't actually go through the advertised 167-point inspection, just a 95-point "safety inspection." Glendale Nissan's advertising is handled by a third party and Glendale Nissan isn't responsible for any incorrect information in their car ads. The lesson to take away is that you should never believe any of Glendale Nissan's car ads because they refuse to take responsibility for any misrepresentations of any vehicle; you will have to do a thorough inspection yourself, so bring a tarp and a floor jack to the dealership so you can look under the car you are interested in purchasing. Secondly, Mr. Binner made it very clear that even though I had pictures of the issues and had an inspection performed by a third party, Glendale Nissan was not obligated to assist me in any way regarding the repairs. Mr. Binner did eventually agree to send a check for $150 in an act of goodwill, something that is appreciated, but ultimately it's just a small portion of a $767.80 bill on a Jeep that has relatively low mileage for the model year and on a car that I purchased with the understanding that it was fully inspected and mechanically sorted. In closing, if you are looking to buy a NEW car, Glendale Nissan is probably a decent choice. They have a large lot with many options available and, if you are lucky enough to get a salesman like Arben, you will have a very positive car buying experience. Besides, most new cars don't have any issues and, if they do, it is almost always covered under warranty; Glendale Nissan will get compensated for the warranty work so you won't have to worry about them cutting corners to save the dealership some money in this area or misrepresenting any of their new cars. However, if you are wanting to purchase a used car here or are thinking of getting an out-of-warranty Nissan serviced here, you may want to think twice. More

Came in a few months ago for an oil change on my 2011 Nissan Xterra Pro-4x and had to come back because the tech forgot to screw the oil filter access plate back in and it was hanging and missing a bolt. That was the first problem and I shouldn't have went back but I decided to give them another shot last Monday. Went in for another oil change and everything went smoothly, or so I thought. Was getting ready to wash my car today and noticed the whole top of my liftgate scratched up and dented and rear window washer fluid sprayer is loose and scratched. Looks as if a garage door fell on it or was closed on it. I don't park in a garage nor was I anywhere near one or anything that could've done that damage in the last few days. Went in today (Saturday) and there are no managers so I spoke with a service guy. Showed him the damage and he claims there's no way that it could've happened there. That's a lie because their bays have garage doors that could've and did hit it. Now I have to waste more of my time to come in when a manager is available. All in all, bad service and would not recommend to anyone. More
