Unlike Toyota, who made an easy $16500 on us out in Santa Clarita selling us a used 2009 Camry with low miles back in 2012 right before the recall came out about the accelerator and also not disclosing that the car was in an accident. They wouldn't let us return the car or exchange for a new one and I am not sure if the car they sold us has an electrical problem. Anways, Based on that I was more vigilant to the details buying this time around and appreciated how helpful, kind and considerate the staff was and the quality of the product for the price is incredible. Only complaint is a dealership online in Florida listed the Extended warranty for around 1500-1600 dollars and I was initially told the cost on 4th of July was $3000 original price and was discounted to 2495 for the sale weekend... Then when we finally purchased they said they would give us the $500 Loyalty discount for the Hyundai we already owned. Then when I found out about the Florida dealer that was selling the warranty online and showed it to them they said they would send us the difference for what we paid which I appreciate. Finance manager Carmen was great at dealing with our questions and explaining the price and how to read the financial documents. I know that I or my mom are not easiest to deal sometimes so I appreciate her patience and professionalism. More

This is how Car Shopping should work We spent a few days researching cars and dealerships for my son's new car. We landed on the Hyundai Elantra, Value Edition (sunroof, push button star We spent a few days researching cars and dealerships for my son's new car. We landed on the Hyundai Elantra, Value Edition (sunroof, push button start, etc.). Beautiful car. We ended up at Glendale Hyundai after visiting 2 other dealers- Valencia and Mission Hills. Getting numbers from Valencia was a challenge. The phone call we were promised in an hour came 7 hours later (9pm). We went to Mission Hills but could not make a deal. The next morning we went to Glendale. We first spoke with Chris Campbell, the internet manager and set up an appointment. Upon arrival he introduced us to Simone Khoubian, the sales consultant (we highly recommend you ask for her!). She was amazing. She found the car we were looking for, knew the numbers we were working with, and made the engagement NO PRESSURE and EASY TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. She was fantastic! Simone and her sales manager Shareef Bahador were direct, honest and great to deal with. Next step, the dreaded finance department. Not here! We worked with Carmen Wong, the finance manager. She was also AWESOME! She was fun, friendly and to the point, made the transaction simple to complete, and came out to help hand off the car. Simone and Carmen created a fantastic shopping experience. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and great to deal with. THIS IS HOW CAR SHOPPING SHOULD BE!
