We met a man, William, who has stayed with us through the whole car buying process. We took about 6-7 months deciding on whether or not to invest in a car and William was just a phone call away to help us with any questions we had. He let us know that he would be moving over to the Glendale location and encouraged us to come by any time we wanted to discuss the car of our choice. We finally made that decision and everyone there was super friendly and not pushy. The process of buying it and signing papers took a little long, but everyone made sure we were comfortable, offered us water, and was very personable. More
