Nick was an excellent, knowledgeable salesperson. I had no intention of buying a car yesterday and did - that says a lot about his salesmanship! I have two points to make about the dealership. First, customers should be allowed to test drive on the freeway. Driving on surface streets does not allow you to see how much “pick up” a car has when accelerating to faster speeds. Secondly, I am adamantly opposed to Glendale Hyundai spraying artificial deodorizers in the car during detailing. Not only are these smells carcinogenic, they give me migraines! If the smell had been in the car when I arrived at the dealership, I would never have taken it for a test drive. Unfortunately, it was sprayed with a deodorizing aerosol after I purchased it. I am still trying to get the smell out of my car! If adding a smell is necessary, at least use a natural alternative. More
