I had such a bad experience with Win Hyundai that I was worried I would be dealing with the same unprofessional, inconsiderate staff members at Glendale. However, this was the complete opposite! I spoke primarily with Arlene, the service advisor, who was amazing. Super helpful, funny, and transparent about services that weren't absolutely necessary for me to get on my 30k mile service. I don't know who did the service on my car but whoever did it did a great job! I really appreciated having such a nice experience. Any time I need my car serviced, I'm heading to Glendale! More

Sloppy I’ve called on 2 different occasions to make appointments, and both times when I showed up no one was expecting me. When I asked them to find a leak, I’ve called on 2 different occasions to make appointments, and both times when I showed up no one was expecting me. When I asked them to find a leak, they made the leak worse. They told me about a recall they had already checked for, so their records are bad too. They misplace keys, and every time they say “give us 15-20 minutes” it takes 30-45. I dont trust them. More

Not only did he come in below what I want to pay per month, the whole experience was less than an hour. At the end of the day the people at Glendale went above and beyond to get me in my new 2018 Hyundai Tucson. That's A LOT more than I can say for the 3 Hyundai dealers that are within 10 miles of my house (Glendale Hyundai is 47 miles from my house and worth the drive). THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!!! More
