Unfortunately, both she and I had to deal with the warranty department not adhering to her service team's recommendation that both my axels be replaced. So I brought the car in, waited 48 hours for a warranty inspector to come, he/she came and approved only one of the axels and then I drove my car off the lot and the other axel was still making a noise, so I had to bring my car back and go through the whole process again! Nightmare stuff. Arlene on the other hand was extremely pleasant to deal with, she was upfront and honest about everything, and through kicking and screaming with the warranty department, was able to get my car fixed. If it wasn't for her, I probably would have ended up trading the car for a Honda in this frustrating moment. But I like my Hyundai, and would prefer to keep it, so I'm very grateful to have Arlene on my side through this process. More
