But I was eventually greeted by Ash who was amazing from the beginning to the end. He was clear, informative, respectful and kind. He listened to my thoughts and concerns and was able to find a car that best fit my needs. I expressed a budget and how I wanted to pay. The dealership was able to work with me and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The financial were a bit confusing but was explained to me very well and were able to answer any questions I had. After the purchase was finalized Ash’s service didn’t stop there. He took the time to walk me through all the main electronic features that were very new and a bit confusing to me. He helped me set up a few features including Apple car play. I was by myself when I purchased my Tucson, Ash was kind enough to bring another co-worked who drove my old car home while I drove my new car home. That was awesome! A Positive Service Experience Every Time I have been taking my car to get serviced regularly at Glendale Hyundai since 2012. On this occasion booked an appointment for 8am and met with AJ. I have been taking my car to get serviced regularly at Glendale Hyundai since 2012. On this occasion booked an appointment for 8am and met with AJ. I thought I might need new brakes and the 90k service but AJ called after I dropped off my car to let me know the brakes were fine but confirmed that I did need the 90k service. He said my car would be ready around noon; however, called shortly before noon to let me know my car was taking a little longer and would be ready at 1:30pm. I appreciated the heads up and respect for my time. I had a set budget for the repairs/maintenance and AJ was able to meet me at my budget, which was doubly appreciated! Everyone was professional, skilled at what they do, and respectful. Thank you for keeping my Santa Fe running great and reliable! More

Disappointing Almost three weeks after my purchases I still do not have my second FOB key for my car. I choose Glendale because they have the car I wanted, but if I had known that I would be in this situation I would have held off and choose a different dealership to get the car I wanted. My car was covered in dust and debris, the "cleaning" that my car got looked like it done by someone who was doing just enough, I have gone through automated car washes that have done a better job. The only good part of this experience was that the process was relatively painless, but this was because I already knew I was going to buy the car. There was also a lot of arguments between the sales people in regards to interpersonal problems that they had no problems letting out on the showroom floor in front of customers. More
