He went along on the test drive and actually delivered the car to my home. (I did not take possession of the car on the day that I purchased it.) Ash spent a long time at my house instructing me on the car operation and was very well versed in the workings of the car. He helped set up the different presets on the car that were consistent with my preferences, and has since fielded some phone questions that I still had after he left my house. More
