Will never go anywhere else again! Wow. Henry and service team were AMAZING. They were so fast, efficient, professional and kind when it came to explaining what was going on with my car Wow. They helped me figure out the warranty on my engine, submitted the claim for me and had it fixed so quickly. They also set me up with a loaner while they worked on my car which was such a huge help to me. I have had such terrible experiences at other Hyundai dealerships but this experience completely changed my mind. I won't ever be going to another dealership except Glendale Hyundai now thanks to Henry and his team. Also, Suzy in the front office is my favorite human ever and I am coming back to start a new lease soon because of her as well! More

Genesis New Car Sales I was thoroughly pleased with my overall experience at Genesis of Glendale with little or no prior knowledge of the dealership or the brand . My BMW I was thoroughly pleased with my overall experience at Genesis of Glendale with little or no prior knowledge of the dealership or the brand . My BMW lease was about to expire and I had less than a day to find a new car. I read about Genesis winning car of the year 2019 and contacted the nearest dealership which was 15 miles away in Glendale, The GM reassured me over the phone I wouldn't have to worry about the distance because of their unique concierge service . One of their top salesman Ash Edwards was very proficient from the time I arrived at the dealership to expediting securing me a new car, making the entire process seamless. We test drove 3 vehicles and Ash subsequently helped me negotiate a very fair deal on a Genesis G80 which I picked out . I drove it home the next day, A week later I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Ash Edwards and the Genesis Glendale dealership. I can not speak highly enough of his and his teams knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and personable approach. I would say dealing with Genesis/Hyundai so far stands out among the best (having previously driven cars by Range Rover, Mercedes, Jaguar and BMW) More

The team at Glendale Hyundai has always gone against that stereotype and proven to be honest and reliable. The work they do is top notch and their prices are reasonable. I don’t always recommend going to dealerships for service but I’ll always recommend Avo and the team at Glendale Hyundai! More

Maybe the worst service center ever They never, ever, ever answer the phone. You have to go through Sales and have them walk over and force them to answer the phone. When you do show up They never, ever, ever answer the phone. You have to go through Sales and have them walk over and force them to answer the phone. When you do show up for your appointment they just bark orders at you. "Don't go far." "Wait here." "Leave it on." There is no customer service. They barely acknowledge customers' presence and I've yet to receive a call back for the part they allegedly ordered. I hate going here. More
