Carlos Mejia is the sales rep that assisted me. I submitted a request for info online one evening. He called me the next morning and gave me great info. I had a car to trade in so he directed me to KBB to get a quote that they would be able to base their initial offer on. He was communicating with me throughout the day via text as I had additional questions. The following day I went into the dealership with my family. They staff was all very welcoming and accommodating. Carlos even pulled out a carfax coloring book for my daughter to keep her occupied during the process. Carlos showed us different trim levels of the Grand Cherokee L that we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of the features. He worked with us to get us to a comfortable price range. I really appreciated that we just worked with Carlos during this process. A lot of times you work with a sales rep and then a manager comes out and gets a bit pushy and aggressive. Not here though, Carlos went back and forth with his manager on his own and came back out to us. It made this a much more pleasant experience than I’ve had with other dealerships. The finance lady that worked through the paperwork with us was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I was very happy with this dealership and all of my interactions with the staff here. More

Today is 4-11-2023 and I have been getting the run around from the Service department since Day 1. I have attached Contacts between the Very Disrespectful Service Advisor and me, concerning my request in wri from the Service department since Day 1.
