Today is 4-11-2023 and I have been getting the run around from the Service department since Day 1. I have attached Contacts between the Very Disrespectful Service Advisor and me, concerning my request in wri from the Service department since Day 1. I was highly overcharged and yelled at and disrespected by both Hilbert and Paul. The Dealership is currently trying to force me to Pay the INFLATED $720 DIAGNOSTIC FEE FOR A 2017 JEEP WRANGLER......... ARE YOU SERIOUS??????????? THE RACIST DISRESPECT TO BLACK PEOPLE AND OVERCHARGING HAS TO STOP, SOMEONE NEEDS TO STAND UP TO PUT A STOP TO THIS!!!!!! More

Even with a last minute request that caused Mike to update some documents, he did so quickly. Bryan at finance was very thorough and most of all efficient and quick in getting the T's crossed and I's dotted. The signing of the docs were uneventful but a pleasant experience with Bryan.
