It took me on month to have a few things done at this center. There were delays from the warranty approval process. However, most of my experience was defined by the lack of consistent and accurate commu center. There were delays from the warranty approval process. I have been coming here for at least ten years and usually work with Eder. Though it can take time to go thru the process, I was frustrated in this experience because I was continually offered incorrect information about timelines, incoming parts and so forth. It was very hard to plan my work and family schedule because when I would have the Jeep back continued to shift. I had to constantly follow up and it was some days nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone without a 20-30 min hold time. Tina finally assisted me after three weeks by providing a loaner and helping with good communication and follow up. She was excellent. After another ten days the vehicle was complete. More
