I was charged for a diagnostic and then they never performed the diagnostic. At first they refunded half my money. And I was fine with this because they told me they thought it was a simple battery performed the diagnostic. At first they refunded half my money. Then my car ended up shutting down at an intersection in the middle of the night--obviously not a simple battery problem. So I returned to continue the work they started, and they assigned me a new representative and tried to charge me another $380, talking about their work isnt free. Well, my time and my life isn't free either, so, I towed my car somewhere else and got my car fixed for half the price in the time they took to argue with me. More
