So far this dealership has excellent service and excellent mechanics.. they have assisted me well in the buyback procedure with my new grand Cherokee Limited 2021.. when my new jeep arrives from Chr excellent mechanics.. they have assisted me well in the buyback procedure with my new grand Cherokee Limited 2021.. when my new jeep arrives from Chrysler I know that your service department will also give me excellent service and keep the car in tuned at all times. Special thank you to Matt Bell your service writer is a excellent customer service rep. And Andrew Paul the mechanic kept working on the car to find a problem and did make it happen in the shop. But it was not repairable per Chrysler‘s request. But he tried extremely hard to do what he can to make the car comfortable for me to drive well the new cars being built. I hope it comes soon because I barely drive this one only if I have to go someplace in a short distance.. I know they’re very busy but they always have time to help me.
