Eder is the most amazing service person. I have been going to him for my stuff since I bought the car in 2019. I like that you can have one service person that you deal with throughout. My car was in the service department for almost 5 weeks and the problem was never fixed. After they told me there was nothing they could do and come pick up my car, a week later it broke again. I paid for and the problem was never fixed. After they told me there was nothing they could do and come pick up my car, a week later it broke again. I paid for a rental car for 5 weeks. Communication was not good and I feel that everyone is too busy and they are not putting the customers safety first. More
