Andrew is not doing a decent job. I am extremely disappointed in his customer service. I have been a loyal and dedicated customer for over 8 years with Glenbrook Hyundai service department. I have called several times for updates because he refuses to reach out to me daily. My car has been there for more than a week. I have not been offered a rental because the manager is on vacation. That is a lot of xx. I have a busy life and health issues that involve me needing access to a vehicle. There is no putting this off because Andrew Griswold lacks the competence to handle my car issues properly.
