The service advisor was very rude and come to find out he is the service manager. I’ve only had oil changes done on this vehicle at this location. When the tech was removing the oil change sticker on my fr is the service manager. I’ve only had oil changes done on this vehicle at this location. When the tech was removing the oil change sticker on my front windshield that was put on at that location on last oil change it ripped the window tint off my window. When Justin the service manager told me advised that this will fall under warranty of my window tint. I called where I got it done at right then and there and was told that it does not fall under my warranty. I told Justin this and told him that they will have to take care of this he told me that I will have to go else where for my oil changes. That comment was uncalled for and unprofessional and it was the way he said it, he was being a smart xxx. I then said I wanted to speak with the manager, he didn’t tell me he was the manager. Said the manger isn’t in, I walked out to the sales floor and asked to speak with a manager and they told me the manager was back in service, they walked me out there and Justin was pointed out as the manager. I’ve always had amazing service with the old crew that worked there as advisors, today was absolutely horrible and I don’t even trust them with my vehicle that was purchased there, or my husbands vehicle that was purchased there. We definitely will not purchase another vehicle from this location due to the lack of respect and the unprofessionalism from Justin Stump. More

Paid over $20 for tire rotation and did not realize until I parked again that they had failed to actually rotate the tires. $80 dollars for an oil change is outrageous.
