Went in for a tire because I had a nail in one. Sat for almost 3 1/2 hours because when the work was done the paperwork was put on the desk of someone who had left. Then the runner couldn’t find my Sat for almost 3 1/2 hours because when the work was done the paperwork was put on the desk of someone who had left. Then the runner couldn’t find my car in the parking lot - not the first time that has happened. I didn’t pay for labor, but what a waste of my time, was there almost 2 hours longer than I should have been. More
