David was super helpful my last visit. David Pena was very friendly and spent a lot of time trying to track down my used vehicle warranty to help with repairs. Spectacular communication and attention to customer (me), only in for a routine oil change package but kept me well informed and went over the vehicle inspection in full detail. Construction signage is weak, only in for a routine oil change package but kept me well informed and went over the vehicle inspection in full detail. Construction signage is weak, not on Dave but is why I couldn't rate the dealership higher. Hopefully once past the renovations the customer experience will return to 5 star. More

Over 3 hours of waiting for an oil change. That is unacceptable as people have things to do other than waste half of their day waiting for something like that. Very disappointed that there was very little remorse and restitution for such actions. Service sent a text for "if I need anything," however never replied in two hours. Unfortunately we are stuck going here as our car is a lease, however we may look for other options next time. More
