Customer Service Both of my children's vehicles (Jeep Wrangler and Dodge Nitro) had recall issues mailed to me. Since the kids were home from college for the Holidays Both of my children's vehicles (Jeep Wrangler and Dodge Nitro) had recall issues mailed to me. Since the kids were home from college for the Holidays, I called your Service Department to try getting these issues taken care of. Your Service Advisor, Becky Dodds did an excellent job of getting me in and making sure that everything was taken care of in a very timely and efficient manner. She was very knowledgeable regarding the issues and made sure that I was well taken care of. It was a pleasure to work with her and the rest of your service team. Your courtesy shuttle driver also did a commendable job of taking me to my office and then picking me back up when my vehicles were ready! More

The Best! My new Jeep was in for a recall...but it got more than that! It received updates...and added air pressure in its tires! Great Experiencce Brought in my very old Chrysler for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked to have several things I was concerned about checked. Steering Column Noise Brian Marshall helped find the issue with my steering column noise. Sounded like a rubbing noise of some sort.
