Recall Compliance We had our Chrysler 300 serviced for a recall on the driver airbag deflator this past weekend. Service was fine except our hood was left up and as we We had our Chrysler 300 serviced for a recall on the driver airbag deflator this past weekend. Service was fine except our hood was left up and as we were driving home we had to suddenly pull over and put the hood down which was dangerous. They also left the plastic that covered the seats and the paper that covered the floor mats all in tact in our vehicle- not the best experience, but it was for a recall so we had to go to this dealership. Service with a smile! I was very pleased with the work and also the EXTRAS. Someone had cleaned the front floor mats and then washed my car. What a nice thing to do.
