Regular service I made an appt for an oil change and a recall. I ask how long it would take and they told me they recommend 3 hrs so I decided to drop my truck off ve I made an appt for an oil change and a recall. Friendly and fast Got right in at 4:30 for oil change and tire rotation however when I got home tire pressure was off. Worst service EVER! They are nice at first until they make a promise they can't keep. Sign the paperwork, pull credit score, then change their mind and boot you home. Fraud from the Service Department Not even worth the 1 star I had to give to write the review!! My daughter took her Chrysler here to be serviced for the check engine light that was coming on. She has a bumper to bumper warranty and we had literally just purchased the car a short time ago. Needless to say their service department STOLE her money and gave her some BS about the car not having oil in it and then tried to say the car was "past its oil life". They didn't bother to actually do their jobs...took her money...and now here we sit at the O'Daniel dealership hearing how they have no idea how the Glenbrook dealership could have missed the thermostat problem and then told us Oil had nothing to do with it! DO NOT take your cars here for service!! I wouldnt even buy a car from them if their service department can't perform an inspection properly!! Then the Service manager Justin had the audacity to blame the issue on my 20 year old daughter and claimed he personally inspected the car...which he lied...my daughter talked to the guy who did the actual inspection and it was not Justin and after I called him out on it he changed his story! HORRIBLE customer service! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT IT FIXED! More
