Charged for a "diag" that was under warranty I had a horrible experience from the 1st step into the service department to leaving a day later. The people were rude. Charged me for two (2) "diags I had a horrible experience from the 1st step into the service department to leaving a day later. The people were rude. Charged me for two (2) "diags". My issue was with something that was under warranty, however the issue was not acting up when they did the "diag" and therefore there was nothing wrong with my vehicle (Dan's words), so they had to charge me. $240.00 later I got to pick up my car. I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again. Not for service, not for a car, not for anything. I was warned by numerous people not to get a car from Glenbook Dodge. But, I did it anyway. Lesson learned and I will (and do) tell everyone how rude, unhelpful and money hungry this place is. More

Awful! Two plus hours for an oil change and all I got was excuses about why it was taking so long. Two hours is standard for an oil change. Long and Incomplete I waited an 1 1/2 for an oil change.... They were also to rotate my tires however on my way home I quickly realized they had not. They sell me a vehic I waited an 1 1/2 for an oil change.... They were also to rotate my tires however on my way home I quickly realized they had not. They sell me a vehicle yet forget that it has a display telling me my tire pressures. All four tires had a different pressure upon my arrival (on purpose). Ironically they were all in the same location when I checked on my way home. So they “rotated” my tires. Very disappointed and will be finding another dealership to take my car back to. More
