Very courteous group of people there. I have purchased vehicles, inquired about warranty and coverage, and have had service work done at this dealership and no matter what department I deal with they are vehicles, inquired about warranty and coverage, and have had service work done at this dealership and no matter what department I deal with they are all so very down to Earth and friendly and are on it... Went to glenbrook Dodge to get my trunk release fixed and the next day when I clean my car I noticed they had gouged my bumper looks like a tool probably hit it! I have been a customer of Glenbrook Dodge for over 10 years (2 cars). I have been pleased with the service rendered until my last visit on 2/20/2020. I had pinkish fluid leaking from my car and took it t years (2 cars). I have been pleased with the service rendered until my last visit on 2/20/2020. I had pinkish fluid leaking from my car and took it to the service center. I was told I needed some type of flush, front brake pads and 2 bulbs. I instructed the advisor to proceed with an oil change, a new filter and 2 bulbs. (I just had service done 3 months ago for $1,300+). When I arrived, my bill was over $450 for services. There was also a charge for a fluid flush I did not authorize. The advisor took the bill and sat down. He came back to me and said I thought we were clear about what you authorized. I informed the advisor I did not authorize the flush. He came back to me a second time and said I thought we were clear on what needed to be done. My reply to him was I thought we were clear as well. For the first time my character was questioned and the advisor was not kind in anyway. The costs to change my oil, change the filter and replace 2 bulbs is a ridiculous price in itself. However, expecting payment for services not authorized is a shady business practice. Where was the customer service and the loyalty for a long time customer who NEVER complained in the past? I am not a happy, they are letting me know how much loyalty means to them. More
