I called in the beginning of October to schedule a recall. I was told that the service department would call me back when the parts arrived. Had an issue with my vehicle and was from out of state traveling thru on business. The service department did a great job of getting me scheduled in for the next day. Part had to be ordered, was received traveling thru on business. The service department did a great job of getting me scheduled in for the next day. Fast service, did exactly what I asked, only complaint is somewhere in the process my steering wheel wrap got scraped and torn. I had an appointment time of 11am and showed up at 10:45 to have a defective radio replaced. I was told it would be a 30 - 45 min procedure and they would come get me in the waiting room as soon as it was d to have a defective radio replaced. After 2 hrs. of waiting I went to the service advisor and asked how much longer it would be, he then said they were getting my vehicle in just a minute. I asked what was going on and he said I was next on the list and it should only take about 30 minutes or so I said the 30 minutes was 2 hours ago he said what do you mean? I said you have got to be kidding me and he said oh sorry. So after another 45 minute wait the vehicle was done and the radio still didn't work right, so had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be done. After all that the service advisor gave me a free oil change to which I can't use because all my oil changes are free with my new vehicle. ENOUGH SAID!!! More
