As soon as we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted by David. He patiently listened to us as we explained why we were there and assured us that we would be well taken care of and he would alert us to any David. His confidence instilling attitude made us feel like we were in very competent hands. We were pleasantly surprised by the low cost of the updates & repairs that were needed! When a problem on the order did arise, David was very pleasant, quick, and professional to get a resolution in a very acceptable amount of time and he made sure that the problem was taken care of. We were very appreciative with the overall friendliness and attentiveness of the entire experience. As we left, we noticed that the yellow streak of paint on the right sliding door, where my Mom had run into something, had been buffed out without us even asking them to do that (Thank you!).
