I placed an online inquiry for the trade value of my 2003 Dodge Neon. Later that evening I received a phone call from John Kinney. I explained that my husband and I had very little hope for financing because Dodge Neon. Later that evening I received a phone call from John Kinney. I explained that my husband and I had very little hope for financing because of all of the rejection we had received due to AWFUL credit. John took all of our information and informed me that I would receive a call the next morning, which I did. He informed me that we were "miracle financed"! I lost it! My husband and I made the hour drive up to make a deal. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted immediately and asked if we were there to meet anyone in particular. We were lead in the direction of John Kinney. Then he got down to business. We sat down and went over exactly what kind of vehicle we were wanting and what kind of payments we knew we could afford. John knew the vehicle for us. Out rolls a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan! We test drove, in the rain, and we were hooked! We sat back down and then John got to work with the manager and the bank. Got our payments in very good range of what we wanted, even with no money down and $2000 in trade! The van was detailed impeccably while we filled out the mountains of paper work. Only hitch we had, which was very minor and abruptly taken care of was, the payment amount that was signed and agreed upon was not the amount told to us by the guy back in finance. He adjusted it and that was done. Arrived at the lot at 5 pm and left with our dream van at 7:30 pm. This being my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership, I can't complain!! Joe was a super salesmen. He helped us find the best value for our money in our new van. He made the whole family feel right at home with a few perks from the dealership like popcorn, pop, cartoons and value for our money in our new van. Joe was and continues to be on top of servicing us with a few details that needed to be taken care of with our van such as car mats, DVD player, and a missing hanger. Overall we got a great van for a great price, and we will in the future come to Joe first for our car needs. I'd also like to add all the other sales-guys, and the sales manager were very helpful in getting us a good loan for the payments we wanted, and making us feel at home while we waited for the details and paperwork with our 4 children.
