Very rude and errogant Used Certified Dealer Manager I just recently went Glen Toyota on Maple street there to shop used certified vehicle. When I saw interest floor manager come and forced or mobbed me to buy a car taking my Ccard and sing on paper When I refuse to sign before test Drive he said "Get out now" .. very insane person. DONT GO HERE..VERY RUDE .. they are just mobbing and forcing people to buy it. More

It was a pleasure to take my car to them and to end the experience they gave the car a wash and vacuumed the inside. Service dept. Is horrible I walked in for my scheduled appointment on 8/24/15 . Was not greeted not did anyone tell me to just let me know they would be with me. My Toyota Highlander 2011 needed replacement of the rear door under warranty, they needed the car for STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEP. AT GLEN TOYOTA!!! My Toyota Highlander 2011 needed replacement of the rear door under warranty, they needed the car for 7 days and Toyota provides a free loaner for this service call, I was told that they will order the parts and call me. after I called them twice to arrange a day to drop the car I was advised that they will have a loaner car on May 29, I verified with them that they have the loaner but when I arrived they “COULDN’T FIND THE CAR, SOMEONE TOOK IT AND THEY DON’T KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE BACK”, it didn’t appear that Jason was too surprised about it and without any apology he just told me that they will call when it shows up. No big deal it’s my time. After two days they called so I went there again, this time Robert asked for my credit card and driver license, so I just made sure that there will be no charge for the loaner car and he indicated that they just need the CREDIT CARD information so they can charge any damages or insurance co-payment for the loaner, then he pulls out a Glen Toyota car rental form and fills in only my information and my credit card information and leaves the rest of the form blank, which is all the rental charge details, and EXPECTS ME TO SIGN A BLANK FORM and leave it with them. So I had a simple request that under notes he will indicate that they will not charge for rental, this did not sit well with Mr. rude and he immediately told me that it must be done this way and if I don’t like it I can take my keys and leave…, I asked him if there is a manager I can talk to and that really got him going, his answer “No, I am the only one you can talk to”. I think I asked relevant questions about the process and there procedures, and my request was reasonable, and I did it in a respectful manner but apparently the employees at Glen Toyota service department are not used to provide decent customer service. The only favorable reviews on this website relates to Glen Toyota’s sales department, maybe they should train the people at service too. I also just found out that they NEVER ROTATED THE TIRES ON MY CAR like they should be, and they told me they did. Toyota pays for oil change and tire rotation for my car in the first 3 years and Glen just bills them, who know what else they didn’t do. STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEP. AT GLEN TOYOTA!!! More
This is THE worst car dealership I've ever worked with!!! Really!!! Unfortunately, I had a misfortune to lease my wife's car from them, which they have tried to impose more fees and other charges, so I reall Really!!! Then, when we had brought our car there for the maintenance, they have screwed up with one of the hubcaps and it fell of somewhere on the road. Unfortunately we hadn't noticed it for few days and then they had denied its their fault. But wait, the next oil change, the same thing had happened again and another hubcap was lost, but they had denied it all the same, because, as they put it "oil change doesn't require any work on the tires...". It may be true, but why would it fall off the same they on the way to the store??? On top of that, the staff behind the counter in the service department was rude enough to just show me the door saying "just leave...". I had sent an email to the service manager, but was, as expected blown off. Anyway, stay away from them, they are AWFUL.. I don't think I'll be dealing with them again! More
I live about a mile away from Glen Toyota. Still, I leased my Highlander from another dealership. Glen Toyota was about $200 more expensive than the other folks. Now every time I am get this car ser leased my Highlander from another dealership. Glen Toyota was about $200 more expensive than the other folks. Now every time I am get this car serviced I have other troubles - their schedules are always full, they can only accept the car in the morning etc. Now I just completed the service and few days later "Check engine" shows up and now I can't drive my vehicle on a weekend as of course their first available day for check is 3 days away. Ohhh. Stay way to avoid troubles. You should be enjoying your can and not speaking with unfriendly customer service on Saturdays. More
Went in for an oil change, told it would be an hour. An hour twenty minutes later I still saw my car sitting in the place I parked it. Manager said there was an issue with another vehicle, so AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES AFTER I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE NO ONE HAD EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR. Was told they'd get to it soon and it would be 25 minutes to do the work. Needless to say, they've lost a faithful customer for good. More
I had my front and rear brakes done in May 17'07 at Glen Toyota. They claimed to have replaced the rotors, drums, pads and shoes. I paid approximately $800+ for the brake job. Unfortunately, I felt a pulsating problem on my front wheel lately and had my personal mechanic checked it instead of going to the Toyota dealership on August 12'08 (18 months later). To our surprise, we found out that the front rotors were not new as indicated by Glen. As matter of fact, they were resurfaced and put back on with new pads. Unfortunately, I do not have any proof that they actually did this sneaky business by charging me new items that they did not replace. As usual I called Robert (sales person that recommended the service) about this and he denied the entire accusation reaffirming that Glen does not scam their customers. This is what he said everything they invoiced or said in the receipts are what they did which was replaced everything new. I should have request for the old parts instead of trusting them to perform service entirety. Can you believe new original Toyota rotors go out within 15 months of regular city driving? 18,000 miles!!!! Instead he accused me of driving harshly and caused the rotors to wear out faster than the life and it is not Glen's or his fault. Unfortunately, more than a year has passed and the warranty for the brakes service is over and there is nothing I can do about it. I am reporting this as a warning to others that plan to have their service done at Glen. Please be wary of them especially when they claimed to put in new parts instead recycled with your old parts. More
I purchased a 2005 mini van, they tried to douple dip on a recall item and charge me over $1500.00. My local gas station repaired the problem with some simple lub oil.
