Wonderful family like environment Found the truck I was interested in on their website, and scheduled a time to see it. Mr. Carmach showed us the vehicle on the showroom floor, and went over it in full detail before taking it on a long test drive. After getting done with the paperwork, all of the other salesmen continued to hold conversations with us and introduce themselves to us. Even the owner Mr. Danny Ford came out and introduced himself to us and got to know us. Glen Said Ford treated us like family. Humble people who truly care about you and your needs. More

Would never recommend this dealership to anybody. Had engine replaced, bill ended up $1760 more than estimate with no warning prior to final bill. Additionally service dept. told me truck was ready to g engine replaced, bill ended up $1760 more than estimate with no warning prior to final bill. Additionally service dept. told me truck was ready to go and had been test driven, but as soon as it was driven off the lot there were more problems. Took it back and they said transmission was bad and it wasnt their fault. It certainly wasn't mine as it was in perfect shape before it was brought to Glen Sain Ford. Stay away! More
