when i ordered my car in august 2006 i was never told when i ordered my car in august 2006 i was never told that it did not come with a spare tire. when the car was delivered to me in november 2006 i ask when i ordered my car in august 2006 i was never told that it did not come with a spare tire. when the car was delivered to me in november 2006 i asked where the spare tire was. i was told that the car did not come with one. I asked that one be ordered for me, because of my health problems i did not want to get stuck without one. I kept asking but nothing was done about. I finally had a slow leak in one of my tires.and luckily i was close to a garage to have it fixed. I then proceeded to order a spare tire in case the next time it can not be fixed and i am in a position of not being able to purchase one immediately( like at night time) This visit was to have the tire,wheel,etc. installed in my car. More

Excellent customer service experience. Took me in by 9:30 and had me out by 11 am just as promised. Highly recommended experience. I especially recommend Stephon to use as the service advisor. The dealler offered a free quick checkup to insure customer cars were 'green'-that is basically working as well as expected to be fuel efficient and non poluting. I had to get out in a short time because of a medical appointment, and I also asked to have the oil changed in my volvo V50. They did the service including oil change in under an hour so I was able to make my appointment. They were courious and knowlegable, even answereing additional service questions. I even had a courtesy cup of coffee. Great job for this dealler- I dealt with Bob and Jakie in the service department. mike fukrstm More

Simply awful...and I even bought my car from them. They do shoddy work that has required numerous follow-up visits to correct. Communication is nonexistent. Appointments are hard to get. They've broken and damaged numerous interior parts, scratched wheels, etc. during unrelated repairs, and when I've brought this to their attention they've accused me of being a liar. My car (a V70R) has also been returned with large amounts of mileage put on it, which leads me to believe some joyriding's been going on. Utterly incompetent, and only concerned with trying to squeeze pennies out of you. A pox on the Volvo brand name. Do not recommend under any circumstances. More
