This was my first service experience since I bought my car. It was a pleasure. Steve made sure to explain in detail what they were doing to my car and since I was in the waiting area, he did come out a car. It was a pleasure. There's a flatscreen TV and coffee and pretty comfortable chairs so I really didn't mind the wait at all. I had been debating on whether or not to service the car at my local shop (that I have been going to for years) - or taking it back to the dealer. Although it may cost me a little more and it's a further drive, I think I have decided to make sure and always bring it to Hassel (Huntington). I like knowing that they are Volvo experts and they can pull up the history on my car on the computer. This car was a big purchase for me and I want to make sure to take very good care of it. More

I dealt with Stephon when having me son's S80 and my daugher's S40 volvos serviced and repaired in March and again this past week. Stephon ensured that all repairs were properly completed and got me the best deals possible on my extensive repairs. The quality of work was excellant. I am sorry that the Hassel volvo service area is closing in Huntington and I can no longer relay on Stephon to take such good care of my children's cars. More

Today I needed to have the headlight changed. I went on my lunch hour and I was in and out in less that 20 minutes. It was great. Michael and his technician changed the bulb and delivered my car to me wi my lunch hour and I was in and out in less that 20 minutes. It was great.
