The reason why I decided to visit Hassel Volvo in Huntington was because I had an S40 Volvo which was totaled in an accident. Since I survived this crazy accident, I've decided to get another Volvo. I called Hassel and spoke with Liz. I was interested in pre-owned XC90s because the new ones were too expensive for my budget. Liz described all their pre-owned XC90s to me and I've decided to go look at them. I wanted something with low milage and the 2005 blue navy XC90 was of interest to me. Liz told me that the car was gorgeous and so I went to look at it. When I arrived at Hassel Liz was already gone for the day but Anthony was there to assist me. Anthony was extremely helpful and he answered all my silly questions. He even drove me to my insurance company as well as to return my rental car. He also called a few days later to ask me if I'm enjoying my new Volvo. I LOVE THE CAR & I FEEL SAFE IN IT. Anthony and Liz have been great to deal with and I will recommend them to everybody I know. The experience at this dealership was above and beyond. I was an out of state customer living 150 miles away. I flew in and the Mr Masttrioanni picked me up at his expense treating me like royalty. Our 1994 Volvo 940 had intermittant problems starting and the problem could not be properly diagnosed by our local mechanic. We decided to bring the car to Hassell Volvo in Glen Cove. The Assistant Manager, the problem could not be properly diagnosed by our local mechanic. We decided to bring the car to Hassell Volvo in Glen Cove. The Assistant Manager, Stephon Solomon, squeezed us in for an appointment on the same day that we had called. Service Manager Carmine Gonzalez wrote up the order. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem as intereference from the after market car alarm. Carmine explained the issue to me and expedited the repair so that I could drive the car home that same day. Carmine and Stephon were both very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I thank the Hassel Volvo team for the great work they did and we expect to keep the Volvo for many years to come. We were very satisfied with Hassel Volvo service Department and will be using them for our future Volvo service. More

Really, I have to say overall it was a very good experience. It has only been 2 weeks having the car, so far, I love the 4 year old Toyota 4 Runner, it seems to run very well and we got a real good experience.
