On January 21, 2009, after driving Lincolns for the last 25 years, I took delivery of my first Volvo (a 2009 C70) purchased from Anthony Mastroianni at Hassel Volvo of Huntington. About a month ago, I broug 25 years, I took delivery of my first Volvo (a 2009 C70) purchased from Anthony Mastroianni at Hassel Volvo of Huntington. About a month ago, I brought my car in for a software upgrade on the navigation system and then 2 weeks later it had its first service. In both instances I met with Joe Tiso, clearly one of the classiest service individuals I have ever met. He was courteous, professional, and polite and made me feel like I was a very important customer. I was offered a loaner car but I opted to wait for the service and spent my time "schmoozing" with Anthony and Boris. I told Anthony that my wife's Mountaineer was nearing the end of the lease and he told me that when the time was right I should see him about a new SUV, guaranteeing me the same great deal I got on my new convertible. On Saturday, may 23, I stopped into the showroom just to look at SUV options, not really intending to buy right away. I looked at several models, took 2 test drives and by the end of the day Anthony had my signature on the dotted line for a loaded 2009XC90. As usual, Aja Dewling handled the financing making that part of the transaction both effortless and seamless. I have now been a Hassel Volvo of Huntington customer for 4 months and look forward a long a very satisfying relationship.
