Joe was my service advisor and was the most consummate professional. He took ownership of my issue, ensured my satisfaction, and was genuine and friendly through the entire transaction. Joe really takes pride in his job and is one of the most customer oriented people I have ever met. Additionally, his knowledge of Volvos is superb and rooted in experience.
