When we got home i called and talked to Bruce in service and he set me up the following week. I met Dan, my service writer and everything from there forward was seamless. They resurfaced all four rotors to make sure they fixed the problem. They gave it a safety inspection, installed a new front tag bracket and my license plates. Excellent and professional care and concern On the day I bought my certified used 2014 Outback with 4,000 miles ,that had been in the possession of the Glanzmann dealership, it had a dent in the On the day I bought my certified used 2014 Outback with 4,000 miles ,that had been in the possession of the Glanzmann dealership, it had a dent in the bumper which was not there three days previously, when I test drove the car and looked it over. Glanzmann had the bumper repaired perfectly a few weeks after the purchase date and provided a nice brand new Crosstrek as a loaner. I was very pleased with the service I received. Today, I had my first oil change and was pleased that the first oil change is free. This is my second Subaru and my first Outback. It is the car I have wanted for many years. I am very happy with my purchase and believe I will continue to use Glanzmann for all my service needs. I purchased my first Subaru through Glanzmann and almost 4 years later, I'm glad I did. I've never had any issues when dealing with them in the past and this most recent visit was nothing different. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who feels that they've been cheated by others in the past. I even had Bob Glanzmann respond to an issue I had in the past and that was a nice surprise since it shows they are really listening. More

The waiting room has cubicles with WiFi for doing work on the internet as well as couches for watching TV, reading and just relaxing. There are free snacks, coffee and vending machines. The work is done in a timely manner and I always understood what was involved. There are loaner cars for use if my vehicle is kept overnight and valets to help park the car, carry your packages, etc.. This is my second Glanzmann Subaru and in a few years I will be planning my third purchase of a Subaru. My daughter and her family purchased a Subaru from Glanzmann on my recommendation and has been very pleased with it. Go visit Glanzmann Subaru and draw your own opinions. Nancy More

The Service Advisor was friendly and helpful. My concerns were discussed and prices were also addressed. I purchased my car here and have always had it serviced here. This is the best dealership I have ever had the good fortune to deal with. I would go nowhere else. All the employees are excellent and the work performed the best. I have never had any problem at all. Special thanks to David for taking the time to explain everything to me. I also love the coupons (to save me a little more money) and the high standard of customer service and technical work performed on my car. Keep up the great work Glanzmann employees. More

My Forester needed front brakes for inspection, not bad considering they were original brakes with 64,000 miles on them. No other repairs were required and I was on my way within three hours. In physical size the dealership isn't big but in taking care of their customers their huge. The Forester was my first Subaru, it won't be my last.
