This time it was David Ullman, who has worked with me many times. Pricing was clear, the warranty brake line recall/recall was done at the same time as the service and I was back on my my way to work quickly and without a problem. Everyone in the department is friendly, courteous and precise in the information. Thanks again!! More

He is competent, and knowledgeable, and takes the extra step to be sure your experience is good. Tonight was a perfect example. I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned that a concrete block had fallen or been dropped on my car. The roof had a huge dent and was staring to rust. I asked what to do. Next thing I knew he was calling the "detail " guys to see if they could patch it up. Sure enough they patched the roof of the car as well as the lid of the trunk! And, hey, the waiting room is clean, pleasant and they have a basket of great snacks. More

I get all my service work done here because it's truly a pleasure. Even on the occasions I've stopped by for help with no appointment, the service staff always exceeds my expectations. Dan Geist is a real pleasure to work with and I can't say enough. They normally open at 7:30am but I arrived five minutes early and he was there ready to take care of customers before the opening time. That is something that is rare. Months ago after a car wash tore off my rear wiper blade Jesse and the parts department set me up with a new one. He also helped make sure I put the small plastic cover on correctly. To me it's the little things and I would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat. Plus I love my Suby! More
