I was unimpressed with the service department. This is my first Subaru and first service appointment on a new vehicle. I didn't know the procedure, and walked inside. No one offered to help, nor even acknowledged me so I waited outside to see what others were doing. Once checked in, I was told my appointment would be changed to "express" service. My expectation of the word express doesn't match theirs. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. They also offered a complimentary car wash which left dirty water spots all over my car, especially on the windows and mirrors. After my appointment I chose to take my car to a commercial car wash just to get all of the dirty spots off. The site required me to rate an employee. I have no idea who my technician was, but Jesse (good name) was the cashier and he was very nice. More
