Every employee from every department that I have had an interaction with has been a pleasure to deal with (from the employees who deliver my automobile or loaner, to friendly faces at the service and reception desk). I found a very convenient work area, in your comfortable lounge. In a very reasonable time, I was checked out by Dave Ullman. He explained everything that was done and added a 10% discount on oil change and, although out of warranty, the "'dechirping" and adjustment to one of the belts. Jesse completely took care of us - took the car, gave us a loaner, got the repair done the same day. This was literally and emotionally a life-saver. We can't recommend Glanzmann more highly! We've bought four cars there, but I think it's the service that keeps us coming back. They're not exactly cheap, but they're fair and they do a great job and they really take care of us. We aren't about to buy a car, or get service anywhere else. More
